Pretty much all of them! We can ingest both RTMP and WebRTC for both our Ceecoder Transcoding as well as for our end-to-end Ultra Low Latency Delivery, however we do recommend WebRTC over RTMP to achieve a lower latency.
Then we can transcode to (and deliver in) WebRTC, HLS, DASH, CMAF, and MP4.
We offer any and all bitrates so long as the video is ingested at that bitrate or at a higher one. Typically, our customers tend to deliver in bit rates ranging from 360p, 480p, 720p to 1080p.
Our video player is provided as part of our end-to-end package and will play in any browser natively. If you are looking to integrate our service into a mobile app, please contact us at [email protected] so we can guide you through the process.
We support all browsers including those on iOS and Android.
There is no technical limitation to the number of concurrent viewers you can have on our Ultra-Low Latency end-to-end platform. For large viewership, we simply ask for a good estimation to ensure that we have enough resources planned for you in advance of the event.
For us here at Ceeblue, it is the same thing. There is no difference between Real-Time and Ultra-Low Latency video delivery. These popular terms both describe the concept of streaming events for which the latency is below 2 seconds from ¨glass-to-glass¨.
This question goes straight to the heart of why we founded Ceeblue in the first place! Ceeblue specializes in harnessing all the best capabilities of all the available streaming protocols (WebRTC being an important one) in this new world where Adobe Flash is officially deprecated effective December 2020. WebRTC has its strengths and its weaknesses and that is why our Ultra-Low Latency streams include both WebRTC on an ABR, but also fallback to other protocols such as HLS, DASH, etc. on a per viewer basis. Our offering is a packaging of WebRTC along with other protocols plus our fortified Ceeblue cloud deployment to ensure for high performance (uptime and volume).
Absolutely. Broadcasting from a mobile phone (rather than from a desktop or other recording hardware) can lend certain challenges as it does not take advantage of all the tested and proven protocols and best practices established by the longer running desktop world, but we are happy to walk you through this process.
Yes, we can provide a Watermark which we insert into the stream on your behalf at the ingest level during the transcoding process. For example, we can insert your corporate logo so that it is seen by all viewers across all protocols and bitrates for all your streams. Another option is for us to insert a specific image on a per broadcast or per stream basis.
Yes. Via API we can deliver all the raw data you need to populate your analytics platform of choice. Just tell us what statistics and measurements you need!
Of course. Most clients have some sort of phase-in period, especially those who will be managing the hosting and have many streams. As our teams work together during the testing period we will also plan together a scope and time frame that works best for a smooth integration and issue-free production release.
Absolutely. Our pricing model is already pre-calculated to consider clients with a large number of streams. Please email us at [email protected] to find out more.
Yes. We will offer more economic pricing if you take responsibility for hosting management and pay for computing and bandwidth costs.
We bill at the beginning of the month. Agreements can be month-to-month or annual. Annual lump-sum payments receive a price discount of 15% as compared to month-to-month.
Overages have to do with delivery of data traffic on our end-to-end solution during the usage month. We will bill you your estimated amount of data traffic usage at the beginning of the month and allow you to exceed that amount by as much as 15% before capping it. Caps can be removed by supplemental payments during the usage month. The overage amount will be billed at the beginning of the following month.
Absolutely. As your business grows we will grow with you and support your growth, based on re-evaluation of your service to ensure you get the best pricing for your business.
We offer Professional Support and we offer Premium Support. Professional Support topics receive our best-effort response during business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (CET time zone) via email or Skype chat. Professional Support services are included in our pricing and will be provided to all customers if Premium Support is not requested.
Premium Support topics receive first response 24/7/365 via email, Slack, Skype chat, WhatsApp chat, Telephone call, or whatever other preferred communication channel the client requests. A line item charge will be billed for Premium Support.

No, not at all. We offer the option of using our Ceecoder Live Transcoding as a stand-alone service to which you also have the option of adding our Watermarking service, which we describe in the SOLUTIONS & FEATURES FAQ section.
Absolutely. Most of our larger customers have Custom Builds and we are happy to work with you on yours. For Ceecoder (Transcoding) clients, we can deploy onto your servers and the fitting ought to be fairly simple.
For Ceecoder + Delivery clients (end-to-end Ultra Low Latency with Transcoding included), it will depend on the geographical deployment of your infrastructure, broadcasting locations, and viewership demographics as to whether we might need to supplement with additional infrastructure locations to optimize for Ultra-Low Latency performance.
Ceeblue's Cloud API allows on-demand provisioning of cloud resources, supports multiple cloud platforms as well as CloudStack, which provides on-demand VPS start up and destruction.
The Ceeblue Next Generation Transcoder family represents the state-of-the-art for high-performance, video applications. The perfect platform for broadcast, mobile, cloud or OTT services, the Next Gen Transcoder, can scale and be configured to meet your specific requirements.
This set of tools is for connecting your back offices to the Ceeblue low-latency Cloud.
In order to coordinate communication and to send control messages, we use WebSocket signaling between WebRTC clients and the server. WebSockets enables opening up a session from the client to the web server, and then leaving it open for messages from both directions. This enables customers to opt out of our multi-protocol player while still integrating our WebRTC into their own player.
This API covers the retrieval of stream metadata.
